How do I choose the right size soccer ball?
COINUS SPORTS Soccer balls generally come in sizes 5, 4, and 3. Size 5 is the standard match ball for ages 12 and up, as well as adults. Size 4 suits players aged 8–12, while Size 3 is best for children under 8 for training. Check the product details for exact specifications, and pick the size based on the player’s age and the type of pitch.
Are your soccer balls machine‑stitched or hand‑stitched?
Each product page clearly states the construction method. Machine‑stitched balls are more durable and great for regular training and artificial grass; hand‑stitched balls offer a superior touch and are preferred for match play. Choose whichever fits your needs.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if I receive a defective item or the wrong size? Can I return or exchange it?
Absolutely. If your ball has a quality issue or the size isn’t right, please contact Coinus Sports customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
